許多喜歡喝可樂但是又害怕身材走型的可樂愛好者,

一聽到「無糖可樂」的當下反應就是─可樂怎麼喝都不怕胖了!!

只是,無糖真的就代表著對那些想要減肥者的救贖嗎?

無糖可樂沒有糖,所以使用代糖代替糖的存在

但是,這些人造甜味劑 (代糖) 反而會使你增胖,為什麼?

代糖使細胞代謝速率減慢,這也造成了脂肪的累積
